If the business should be driving IT, where can business executives get reliable information about the subject?

Dear Bob ...

For some time, I have been looking for a non-IT, business-executive-level publication that I might be able to share with the senior management team here to help them stay more up-to-date on technology trends.

Our executive management committee is the steering committee for IT, and most of that group is either not comfortable with technology or certainly not well versed enough in IT in general to make good decisions.
